Requesting Compliance Documentation

Many commercial and industrial applications require documentation of material grade, origin or compliance. Where the manufacturer or supplier provides it, we can request documentation such as the following for your order:

• Certificate of Conformance (CoC): Confirms the product meets specified dimensions, grades and standards.
• Material / Mill Test Reports (MTR): Chemical and physical test data for metals and critical fasteners.
• RoHS & REACH Declarations: Environmental compliance statements for restricted substances.
• Country-of-Origin / Buy American Documentation: For government or defense procurement requirements.

Availability depends on the specific manufacturer and product, and some documentation may carry a supplier fee.

How to Request Documentation

• Before ordering: List required certifications when you request a quote so we can confirm availability with the supplier.
• After ordering: Email your order number, part numbers and the documentation needed to [email protected].
