Supplier Qualification Requirements
To maintain our quality standards and customer fulfillment promises, all prospective suppliers must meet the following baseline criteria:
- Fulfillment Capability: Ability to support reliable order processing and direct fulfillment, with processing times and shipping schedules communicated based on product and supplier capabilities.
- Direct Fulfillment & Packaging: Ability to support neutral or blind fulfillment arrangements where available, including appropriate packing documentation and removal of supplier pricing or promotional materials where required.
- Data & Catalog Readiness: Capability to provide digital product data, including high-resolution imagery, spec sheets, clear pricing matrices, and real-time inventory feeds (via CSV, FTP, or API).
- Quality & Traceability: Products must meet relevant US/international standards (ANSI, ASME, ASTM, ISO, RoHS) where applicable, with Material Test Reports (MTRs) or Certificates of Conformance (CoC).
